The oldest Protestant church in the province. It was built between 1669 and 1671. The clients were Aachen and Vaals Protestants together.
The Catholic St. Paul's Church used to stand right next to it. The two churches shared the tower. The tower still belongs to the Catholic Church today, although it is now a bit distant. However, it is used exclusively by the Protestant Church.
Unfortunately you couldn't go inside. But pictures on the Internet show that the interior is very simple, as is usual in Protestant churches.
Euregio and ecumenism already lived early on. Impressive!
Beautiful old church.
Hospitable municipality. Also a lot of attention for the children.
