Last Saturday my husband and I had an appointment at Billie Wonder. I understood through their site that the showroom was open for several hours on Saturday. I had emailed in advance and I got in touch with one of the owners quite quickly. We could just walk in. Afterwards I received an email asking what time she could expect us because she wanted to take the time for us. That of course already gave a good first impression. During the conversation, the owner was friendly, listened well and explained in detail about the possibilities. I had already regularly watched videos and read explanations about washable diapers, but I was so pleased that she was able to show me the different options. Now I felt that I really understood. What is also nice is that she thinks along and can give you good advice based on that. I found my experience with Billie Wonder very positive so far.

Before our daughter attended a very nice (free) workshop to find out everything about "how that works washable diapers" and to compare the different options. Very handy, because there is so much information to be found everywhere. Much nicer to get direct info from two experienced and super informative mothers. Helped us unwise! And of course very nice brands diapers that they sell that also helps ;-)
