The employees looked like they never have been educated. I was sure that they needed a break from something. Not sure what. Had to go here for my daugther and take care of her driver license. But after that meeting I really got into looking to move to another town.

Great building but terrible attitudes of the Authority staffs. My failed address registration in Kerkrade was to be taunted further with such words "what ever is going to happen, it is your problem and not ours", I then asked them what should be done, to which all met the same responses "We are sorry we cant help you, you arent allowed to live here". I was not treated well n my last visit, never again should I visit this place.

Nice in itself. A bit long waiting times but that makes sense. What I think is very bad are the times. A large part of the population has a job and is therefore not possible to go to the municipality between 8:30 and 17:00. This causes a lot of problems. Hope this can be resolved

According to the opening times, it can be reached from 8:30 a.m., meanwhile it is 9:17 a.m. A very bad service !!

You can only find what a service is in Kerkrade. But if you have to go, then it must be bad.
