Excellent service. Margriet Bol is highly skilled and experienced in her profession. I myself work as a freelancer. This makes the application more complex. She knows how to assess the annual figures sharply to paint a realistic picture of the possibilities. Her good contacts with Raadhuys and other bodies that are necessary for getting the mortgage round are also very good. The income statement was received within 4 days and the bank guarantee within 1 day. Several times amazed at the very good service. Here people have thought along with knowledge and insight and provided tailored mortgage advice. But above all also: When it was not possible due to force majeure, (pro) actively helped: Calling, arranging, coordinating and providing us with information and instruction. "Feel free to call if you have any questions." And it was, but they also called us. It helped that Hypotheker Schiedam stood next to us in this process, both practically and mentally.
