Is there good friendly help and service.
Shoes brought in for € 140 to 10 days, the sole loosens. Back to the store would be sent where the shoes came from.
Called a week later if they were already there, in the afternoon I was called back that they were ready for me in the store.
When I got to the store, I was surprised to find that the shoes were stuck.
I asked the seller if it always went like this, because yes you can normally expect something from expensive shoes.
I got a strange answer from what else would you have expected, closely I could take stuck shoes with me.
The seller was very unkind, not customer friendly !!!!
So do not buy any more shoes in this case. Unfortunately I expected more from this.
Beautiful ladies and men's collection, good and patient service, even if the customer has difficult feet.
