Called. Is only interested in helping own customers out of the fire. If you, as a non-customer, have a broken boiler in the winter, then regular customers come first. Is not interested because after having spoken 5 sentences, thinks that a long-term relationship cannot develop. So apparently does not want to get new customers by helping someone quickly. And is certainly not able to handle answers or questions that they do not like. Is this currant or arrogance?

Today an appointment at 11:15 and it could extend until 3 am. Waited at home all this time but nobody came so I immediately called and asked about it I got an aggressive arrogant man on the phone yes You were not home they rang the bell around 11 o'clock but got no response is your own fault blah blah blah a note in the letterbox, I hung up angry. Called back again I got a friendlier gentleman on the phone and said the mechanics were sick ... Then I looked in the letterbox and it turned out that they had been here at 10 am ... Customer friendliness: 1/5 If you want to keep customers, please talk normally and kindly instead of that ugly behavior. And apparently you can't say sorry either.

This afternoon a technician came by for maintenance. The fellow apartment residents have just called that there is water damage. This comes from our heating boiler. The technician has (apparently) forgotten to close something. Just called this company and connected to a technician. He then starts to laugh about the problem (which affects 4 households). When I then say that I don't think this is a laugh, he just hangs up the phone! This is very outrageous and unprofessional!

Zeer slecht geiser was oke tot monteur was geweest.Toen defect niet opgelost.Andere monteur gezocht die het wel oploste.Volgens Hajnadi moest er nieuwe geiser komen ..kosten bijna 2400 euro.Geen respons meer gehad van Hajnadi..dusss..neem een ander!!!!
