This is not a fake review but my experience with this studio. On the internet, the company has indicated a number of jewelry “to keep (to) the side” for me. Called the next morning, it turned out it had been sold to someone else. What an unbelievably UNreliable course of action. Completely against my feelings and principles, unworthy of a jeweler. The lady in question was friendly during telephone contact and I indicated to her that I would post this review. An excuse could not come off, however, all kinds of excuses about the why. I have attached a photo as proof of communication. There really is what you deny Chantal!

Jeweler Lanckohr: a jeweler with a golden edge 💍 you immediately feel welcome. The owners, Rob and Chantal: great knowledge, hospitable, reliable and with a fantastic service !! The employees also complement this perfectly. Recommended 👌

My wife and I have only bought jewelry and watches from jeweler Rob Lanckohr for years. Quality and service are always great! And why to Maastricht or Aachen, if you can also get it from your local jeweler.
