I came with complaints of pain in my back and pelvis, partly caused by an autoimmune disorder (AIS), scoliosis and pelvic instability. For my AIS I take anti-inflammatory painkillers, 2 a day. I walked a lot, regular walks of 30 and 40 kilometers. I clearly went beyond my limits, because I am a go-getter. During my process at the back home, where I had several appointments on 2 fixed days, with 2 psychologists and a physiotherapist. I had exercises for at home, ihkv corona practicing on the equipment was not possible. With the psychologists I tapped into my past, was able to process a number of things that I had put away, and learned adjustments in my household and walking technique. One of my goals was to phase out my second anti-inflammatory capsule, and I succeeded halfway through the process. The pain that I had been experiencing for years was caused by my scoliosis, pelvic instability and my AIS, but to my surprise also because of my pent-up emotion, my backpack bulging. I have learned not to pop my emotion anymore and to experience it immediately. My pain went from a constant 4 out of 10, at peaks an 8, to a 1. A 1. More or less gone. Take on the process, I can recommend it to everyone!

What started with back problems and fatigue 6 years ago led to a degree of overstrain. After a number of good intake interviews, I was able to see that I had lost sight of my own 'I'. To find myself again, I entered the process with an enormous drive. I am grateful for the way in which the treatment team has given me the right tools and made me more aware of body and mind. Very personal, patient, with a smile and a tear. It felt like a warm blanket. With all the experiences I have gained, I have found my own 'I' again. The Rughuis, often positive reviews are given, unfortunately I can not portray my experience so positively. It is advertised that they can help you with chronic back problems, well the opposite is true. I have been suffering from back problems for more than 15 years and have registered for this treatment because I would like to go through life without pain. Unfortunately after 3 intake interviews I was told by the treatment manager that they could do nothing for me, this purely because I am mentally well constructed and the complaints in his eyes were not too bad (probably he has X-ray eyes and he can see through me ). After a few days I got the bill in the mailbox, well then you are completely shocked, for the 5 hours that all conversations have taken together, Het Rughuis charges almost 2100 euros (big steps quickly at home). They are smart enough to let you sign a direct debit in advance so that they always get their money, if you call them to explain the extremely high bill you will be told that these are the rates, they refer you to the invoice where this is described, when I look at it I see a lot more time that they have used than I have actually been there. It is a pity that the health insurers do not pay more attention here, this way a lot of money is thrown over the known bar. So you have people assess you before you sign forms that they send you.

Very satisfied !! I am now halfway through my trajectory and have only progressed. I went at the moment that it could only go ahead for myself if you then go with an open attitude and tackle all the handles that you are given, you also go ahead, pain-free is an illusion but improvement is a fact and very welcome. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff I think it's a shame when it stops, but then we just continue with all the tips and after checking that you get

Waste of Time !! Costs the health insurer between 10 and 15 thousand euros per customer, which means that care is increased annually. But what do you actually get offered for this immense amount? The Psychology that will check whether your upstairs room is perhaps not sitting properly, causing you to experience back pain, and then draws a conclusion from this. Then the Fysio who works with the idiotic "Hands of" vision and lets you do exercises while they cannot check whether it is good for your body. A Physio that you don't touch? Looks like they had lessons at Jomanda. Hallelujah !! Nice and easy to earn your money. Half an hour of Fysio. You have to do your exercises. You will receive an explanation that makes it impossible to achieve this within this time. Conclusion on my part. They can't make you better. Learn to deal with the pain? they can't. This 6 months lost time was of no use. Except annoyance. Their theory promises a lot that makes you think wow… .. that's it. And what a disappointment after 6 months. My tip! bring in physio's who know how to use their hands and have a passion for the profession and adjust the crazy "hands of" policy because that doesn't work for all. As a Physio it would give me satisfaction to put people on the right track so that they can do the exercises properly. I completely miss passion here !! What annoyed me the most, apart from the Fysio, is that they don't even check whether this process suits you. Go get the loot. Another 15 grand more on the bill. For your information. This story has already been told. The coordinating practitioner is aware of this. The answer to this was that they have rules and a roadmap. So in other words, they do not want to adjust this, even if the client would leave this process much better and more positively after 6 months. The fact that the management is not aware of this once again shows how bad the mutual communication is.
