Bad GP practice out there. In addition to all the chaotic agreements that have been made, I have never been treated so unprofessionally. After being on location 3 times, I still wanted a referral to the hospital. After I had to wait 2 weeks for this, I was sent to a hospital where there was no longer a budget for CZ customers (can happen). Then I call the assistant to tell them this, and the assistant says to prepare a new referral for me. Another 1.5 weeks later I get the referral TO THE SAME hospital as first, where I could not go. 3 weeks later and no prospect of an appointment in the hospital. I call CZ to request an overview of the hospitals I can go to, at the doctor's request. I will have to wait 3 weeks for this before I receive a message. So .. I call the assistant again last week with the story that I really do not feel helped and need help, I want to be referred to the hospital. The assistant responds with understanding, "This is REALLY not possible", "I will start working on it right away, because the doctor who helps you is there tomorrow, I will call you back tomorrow". But of course ... No bell. Now I am 1.5 months further. I just called the assistant and she says she doesn't see anything about my call from last week, and that the last call was 11/23. She can't see which assistant this was ... I'm too frustrated to even start a discussion and say I want to file a complaint and get redirected to the website. To make the story even better, the site says that I can only discuss a complaint with the person who caused the complaint, of whom we do not know who that is. So. Long story short: it is impossible to be referred to the hospital with Dr. Zipper. 5/6 calls further 0 in view of an appointment. Well (hopefully) nothing serious will be going on, but what if this were the case with someone else? Worrying. I register with another doctor :)

Top GP! Doctor zipper is a very experienced and skilled man. Who not only want to treat you but help you. He offers a listening ear and takes you seriously. Am very grateful for his time and advice!

Doctor Zipper is an attentive doctor who listens carefully and takes you very seriously. In the more than 20 years that I visit the practice (occasionally), I have nothing but positive experiences. Doctor Zipper sees you, hears you and, if necessary, looks right through you. He is a special man!

I am deeply disappointed in practice. The assistant is very unprofessional and chaotic. The assistant is usually not present or sick and nobody answers the phone and then you just have to wait until someone is present. Telephoning is almost always lied with information and results and referrals are always forgotten and every time I am told that you will be called back but of course that never happens then I call again and then she simply says OHH YES YES FORGOTTEN. TIME AGAIN) Yesterday I had to call back 4 times myself and then she just started hanging on my ear because I became frustrated after the umpteenth time that I had to call back myself and she didn't want to make an appointment as punishment that I had to call because I already 14 days are bleeding without explanation or medication from them .. because every time she smiles and says doctor is very busy had no time to discuss. Long story short assistant is your business card and yours has no way or heart to deal with sick people. Really outrageous and very unfortunate. I am 32 and had a bloody nose yesterday and had to cry because of frustration. older or in even more pain this person gets on the line
