Walked on a pair of Lowa Trekkers for 8 years without any problems. These were unfortunately worn out. Now bought a pair of Lowa Santiago GTX for 240, -. You would think that you would buy a good shoe for this money. Unfortunately pressure points that irritate so much that I couldn't even wear high shoes for a week. Dealer cannot mean anything because he thinks there is nothing to see. Contacted Lowa herself and he does nothing with it, Really disappointing the service. Now quickly looking for a pair of Hanwag or Meindl's. No more Lowa for me this way.

2 pairs of shoes of both € 260 purchased. Both pairs broke within 3 months. The service is just hopeless from Lowa. It's a good thing that Bever Apeldoorn has put their neck out for me to arrange something. Now still 1 pair that I can't do anything with after repair. Made so that it saves half a size so is stuck in the shoe. The finish of the repair is really very poor. And you pay big money for that .....
