Lack of maintenance
Nice playground, but you have to guess the opening times, although they are indicated at the entrance. I was already twice with my son in front of a closed gate, although it would actually be open.
Nice cheerful playground with enough playground equipment up to the age of 7 or 8 in a green rich environment. Very nice prices for food and drinks. Parents can find plenty of shade.
Today I showed my six year old son where I spent most of my childhood as a child. Nothing more to recognize. What was once so beautiful and inviting is no more. It is a pity that the Kerkrade municipality does not seem to be doing anything with this anymore. Nice that the playground is still open. But it looks like the management could use some municipal help. What I really liked was that there were still devices that I played on as a child more than thirty years ago. One was placed outside the playground and of course a picture of my my son was taken on it.
Nice playground with plenty of space and equipment / toys. Nice staff and enough accommodation.
