The lock is mostly used by sport boaters and excursion steamers. Open 24/7. There are on both sides bars with reporting points. If that does not work, I can also log on mobile phone (after the announcement two times with "1" answers) on holidays and holiday weekends can be here a lot going on. Often in such cases, extra personnel is used at the lock. Sometimes unpredictable behavior of "leisure captains" can be expected.
Sorry, but we've been waiting here in lock for almost an hour. Bad instructions are given by young lady. She just let it all happen. Boats do not connect. Can all be better organized! Perhaps place a sign at the entrance of the lock with rules! Then when sailing out, various boats indulge frustration by speeding ... As a result, small boats get lost.
