Disappointingly, don't keep the deal. Do not respond to the phone or email with the problem that occurred to me (boiler malfunction) during the weekend. I only got in touch on Monday. They had not received a call from me it was claimed (called about 30 times, each time an answering machine saying they were absent). Then repaired on Tuesday in my absence (due to my work). When we got home on Saturday, the stove turned out to be on the highest setting. So the whole week it was blazing hot in my house, this was also visible on my bill from Essent. A meager excuse could be done away with, though (“apologies, but nothing can change, good luck”). No bill received. So thought it was offset by the bad service. So no, after a year and a half still got an invoice. Paid in the end but I have a bad feeling about it.

Now they have made an appointment with them three times because the housing construction would like that But already waiting three times for nothing They do not have to come back from me now If wierden and guarantors want them to do the research with me, they will first ensure a reliable company that also follows the agreements
