Ordered a bouquet here last Thursday and had it delivered. What a disappointment!!! Flowers wither after 3 days, see photo below. I went back with the bouquet and then the owner took the bouquet apart. Flowers that had withered just ended up on the pile of good flowers. To compensate, she only wanted to replace those flowers that had faded in the bouquet. I did not agree with this as it was a bouquet worth over twenty euros. To compensate, I just wanted a new bouquet or my money back. Eventually after a long discussion I would get a bouquet back. The owner indicated that she was not going to make a bouquet of the same value because she thought it was not normal. I got a bouquet back that was not even half the value of the original bouquet. I left dissatisfied and there was not even an excuse for the inconvenience. Bad service and high prices for bad quality. In any case, I know that I will never order or buy flowers here again!

I am a big proponent of buying locally as much as possible, but honesty compels me to say that the price and quality are totally out of proportion. I had ordered a flower arrangement and indicated that it must be a large high piece with many colorful flowers with at least a few strelitzias in it. Then the question arose what should it cost. Did I say: 25 euros? That was not possible, said the owner, but it should be possible for 35 euros. 35 euros is a considerable amount that arouses expectations in me. I agree with this and expectations are high. Then you get the following product as a result, very disappointing ... Also indicated that I am very dissatisfied with this and that I certainly expected something better for that money. They still offered to make something, but I no longer had any confidence in that. In the future I will get my flower arrangements elsewhere, for example I can recommend Bloemenhandel Koeleman shopping center Paddepoel (under Scapino). There you get a beautiful flower arrangement for a normal price (25 to 30 euros). For 35 euros you have something that you can come up with anyway. Quite different from the bad product I received.
