Basically an excellent business that we happily came to for Corona. Last night January 13, 2021 I placed an order online for the first time. Something that I am always a bit apprehensive about. Especially if you have to mention specific wishes when ordering .... will this come across? In our case: my wife and her son are originally from Indonesia and they are Muslims. They are therefore not allowed to consume meat that is not halal. During our visits to Anytime, they often ordered an spring roll menu, replacing the spring roll with a vegetable croquette and a fried egg. Online you can of course only click on a standard menu, but you can manually write down some deviating / additional wishes in an extra box. We did so "with the text instead of spring rolls like vegetable croquette: Vegetarian. I was a bit worried that in the busyness that often reigns things might go wrong and indeed: when the delivery person came and I asked to be sure if there were indeed vegetable croquettes had been used instead of spring rolls then his answer was that he did not have it on the receipt. The person who read the order in Anytime did not do that correctly and gave the kitchen staff the wrong assignment. My wife, avoiding conflict, then accepted it but afterwards I actually think that for an amount of more than 30 Euro they have had way too little value for their money. Only the fries and vegetables could be eaten by them. once they were flanked with a piece of ham (it was lying on top of each other) they could not eat it either, I would think it would be nice if at least half the amount was returned paid because this went completely wrong through no fault of our own. We have ordered under her name: Noorna Hindhayati.

Good business, fast service, nice staff!

The Owner appears to be anything but stress resistant, is blowing over the frying pan and is only half an hour late with the order. Last time been here. Not to mention his communication to the staff. (Must be frustration of his own planning)
