An amazing Teacher and a very nice sangha. Tenkei Roshi follows each of us, in frequent dokusan, to help us finding the best way to get on the Way!
The Temple is beautiful, and the food is delicious thanks to Myoho Roshi, the Tenzo.
The silence of zazen and all the sounds and singing during the different services go hand in hand, perfectly.
The teaching is carried out by Tenkei Roshi, Myoho Roshi and Doin Sensei. The programme is thought to have the residents and the sesshin participants constantly reading rich and varied Buddhist material. The teaching is excellent and the library very inspiring.
Thank you to Tenkei Roshi and the Zen River sangha for all this and more.

An island of peace and buddhist practice. Services open to the public on Sundays. The relaxed but serious zen practice you can find here makes it a real treasure.

Great Zen training facilities and program(s) that you can join. Nice atmosphere for practising Zen/meditation. Also they make time to give you personal attention/help concerning your personal development.
