You can talk in Polish, because the Poles on the ramp are very nice gentlemen ... and also take a shower for free (key at the security gate on the barrier). A very nice place with good access.

A business park under construction. Very strategically located on the A12 motorway and close to the German border. Don't forget that Arnhem, Duiven and Nijmegen can be driven quickly. I am not going to start a company anymore, but it seems to be a top location.
