At every turn you get other home help, while they advertise on their site that they think it is important that you get a regular help. There is often a week between all the rotation of the household helpers, so you often have no help in your household for a week, while you are entitled to it. You get young girls who have no knowledge of their own household, let alone someone else's. All in all, a very tiring organization to experience.
