Corona hassle it is and ... still .. On EXPERT site non / stop it says exactly neatly following; >> ''We are open! You can still order products, both via the website and TELEPHONE. '' Neatly written in real expert style, of course, and in order! ! ! But on the other hand, it is also true that I CAN'T REACH THEM BY PHONE for three days! ! .

The dishwasher had just been out of warranty for 5 days .. broke down .. But was neatly repaired at no cost because they found it a bit sad at Expert so shortly after the warranty period ...

Called this morning when there was no answer. A few minutes later I received a call back from them, which I think is top service. Had a question about the delivery of a washing machine, expert employees still deliver and are also connecting. By phone ordered the washing machine that I had selected on the Internet, payment via pin was allowed on delivery. The washing machine is now delivered (same day) and is already running. Friendly employee of expert Rheden on the phone and the delivery staff also friendly and very fast. Kudos to expert Rheden! I still hope that I have made the right choice in terms of washing machine.
