My daughter wanted to drop earrings. I had called if this was possible and what it cost. I would have to call in an hour if I could come, the costs were 15 euros. Called back after an hour, was told that the costs had been passed on incorrectly, it was not 15 euros but 20 euros because they now have to wear mouth masks and they also have to be paid ?! A mask for 5 euros ??? Or in this case 2 people for 5 euros! It's that I promised my daughter so we agreed after a discussion. This is firstly taking advantage of the corona situation, secondly making a profit over the customer's back and thirdly I have never had to pay a mask for the staff in any company! After use, the monk cap was simply put back in the drawer for the next customer. Downright ridiculous and the old lady is certainly not customer friendly either!

André is a true craftsman. We designed a unique axle ring together, he took all the time for it and listened carefully to my wishes and preferences. I am very grateful to André.

Andre is a professional, one is rare. The reception is always friendly, they think along and take all the time for you. I find the ash jewelry very special. So beautifully made to always carry your loved one with you.

I read in the further reviews (about 20 x) that I am not the only one who has been treated very badly. What an incredibly bad company. 4 wks later than promised article is available. We have therefore lost our record but still have a receipt. Then none of your daughter and her companion are sent home despite possession of a receipt. No empathy, no service orientation, dusty intention. Both in the store and on the phone not thinking along. Never but never will we buy anything from this ............ store ..
