Great option to pick up things for the washroom. They have a range of accessories and bathroom ware. The website was easy to navigate and order from. I visited the store to pick up the BlueDiscs. The prices were the best I could find online after lots of research. I would recommend this place for sure. The staff are also very friendly both in person and on customer service.
I had the pleasure to work with Steven (store manager). He is a very kind and competent person, and has given me great advise and support throughout the (complicated) renovation project of my 2 bathrooms. He was always very responsive, collaborative and happy to take an extra step to provide a better service. Moreover, the products selected have good price-quality balance and Sanitairwinkel generally offered professional support through their call center.
One of the best and most price efficient places in Amsterdam to buy anything related to your bathroom.
The showroom is big, showcases a lot of stuff and the staff is very helpful.
This is literally the worst experience I ever had with buying something. My order got delayed and delayed, I still haven't received it up until this moment. They put everything in customers hands and say it is your own problem, becouse they are protected with their terms and conditions. I will definitely never return back.
We were very pleased with this shop. They really helped us made the necessary choices, talked us through the whole process, readily accessible and just plain nice!
