Unfair, unprofessional, negligent people work there. They try to attract you with discounts, as soon they get your deposit you would see what their real service is. I ordered wooden flooring there (with a 10% extra reserve for cutting-I'm a professional architect, took measurements with a laser ruler, had a drawing of that), they said delivery was free. Then they insisted their guy takes "correct" measurements, never said I pay for that 25 euros. Their guy took measurements with a 5m tape ruler incorrectly. They increased quantity of packages of wooden floor (hence installation job)-became 10% extra + 1 more package, recalculated door mat with more expensive one, the whole quotation has increased. I called them to schedule delivery at least 24 hours before installation so wood could take the room humidity (they never cared of that, but all real professionals always insist on that), that caused a lot of troubles for them to confirm that delivery. To that moment I realized I don't want to trust installing my floor to these so-called professionals as they absolutely didn't care about the quality. I declined their service of the floor installation and they immediately refused to deliver.

We strongly advise against doing business with this store. Products are not ordered, the upholsterer did not show up on the agreed day and finally it appears that the product is incomplete and cannot be hung up. Branch manager Jack is not at all proactive in looking for compensation and we have to keep calling ourselves, because there is still no solution! What a deception!

Please never go to this store. After the order, it took 4 weeks for the upholsterer to come by to measure the floor. Often have to call Carpetright. When laying the floor, the upholsterers simply wanted to "hide" the crawl space. They had not taken the agreed materials. After many phone calls, they did not show up for the final finish. The crawlspace lid was completely sealed. Quotations are incorrect. At the time of payment, products and services will be charged by the upholsterer that have absolutely not been executed. Many phone calls were made about this. When asking how the floor should be kept clean, the seller could not give me any information. After yet again complaints about the entire settlement, no excuse was made. Again, NEVER GO TO THIS CASE !! NEVER have your floor installed by ENVI PROJECT UPHOLSTERY EN A company that cannot be trusted that cooperates with Carpetright.
