We came across this cute shop during a weekend trip to Amsterdam. While roaming the streets my partner spotted a wonderful ring in the shop‘s windows. As we entered the shop, the magic started for us: One of the owners, Lotte, showed us around and gave us perfect guidance on the selection of the ring, its material and options for customization and even delivery to our home in Germany.
I had to delay the purchase, as I wanted the ring as a present. That worked without any problem! During our email conversation, Lotte provided great experience and advise and in the end built a completely new ring to my likings. Even an extra roundtrip for additional changes, sending the ring back a forth between Germany and the Netherlands, was no problem.
In the end I can fully recommend this shop and its owners. It was the perfect experience with the perfect product as a result for me and my partner!
