Perhaps not fair, I am also at Ziggo, so I will not switch to KPN or TMobile any time soon. So I don't know what the service is like there.
If I compare with other Vodafone stores, I think you get good service here. In 's-Hertogenbosch, for example, I recently received wrong advice.
Good service, protection plate for S20 fingerprint did not work. Off and money back, very neat
Staff give bad advice and are incompetent.
1 star is still too much.
