Nice!
I came to pick my second hole and we were not welcomed very nicely. While we were trying to figure out which earring we wanted, that woman also said all the time, have you made a choice yet? She wasn't nice when my hole was punctured. It even went wrong, so it had to be pierced by hand through my ear. So at the end it turned out that she had just shot random earrings in, not the one I wanted. I am not saying that the staff is unkind, because there was another man who was very nice, but that woman was just very unkind and she did not give me a good feeling while I actually thought it was pretty scary.
I had a puncture here, but the woman who did that was very impatient and did not listen well. I don't have the earring I asked for now and I had to check carefully whether she did puncture the hole right. I can't say anything about the rest of the staff, but this woman was unpleasant. I do not recommend this jeweler to have holes pierced!

Extremely friendly people who are always super helpful and stay even if you don't buy anything. Even if you want to make a ring smaller, they do this perfectly. Probably also make it bigger but I have no experience with that.
