Frank is a true professional but above all also a kind and easy going person. As someone with barely any knowledge about diamonds and/or jewellery, Frank took the time to explain things. I was on a tight deadline before Christmas to get my ring done in time so I could propose to my girlfriend. Frank helped and advised in the design process of the ring, kept me up to date on the process and delivered a spectacular engagement ring! He has great knowledge and I appreciated his patience. Despite being on a deadline, Frank did not push me to make a certain decision, but rather gave me time to think about my order. After all that, Frank also resized the ring, as it was slightly tight. He was able to receive me two days after I messaged him and resized it within an hour. I would highly recommend Frank (Atelier Steenmeijer) We will definitely be going back once we are looking for wedding bands. Thanks for making our moment even more special Frank!!

Frank and the team at AmstelDiamond made the experience of buying an engagement ring a pleasure.. Advising where needed for both the custom ring design and the diamond choice. Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient during the whole process despite the difficulty due to Coronavirus situation. The delivered ring is of exceptional quality and I definitely recommend them for any purchase of jewellery. The pricing was very competitive and it was certainly a great choice!
