Lady in the store was incredibly helpful and provided solid advise on the size of the bracelet.
Beware of buying online - we bought a nice bracelet that had to be posted back from the UK twice for the wrong size. Each return led to an accumulated cost of about €10-12 on our side, no free return, so we thought for the third attempt they might offer a discount as a gesture of goodwill, due to time lapsed between order, delivery, return, order, delivery, return, and the twice disappointments of receiving the wrong size - they wouldn't consider the idea of any type of discount on the third purchase which I thought was poor, even as a gesture of goodwill, so we opted not to buy. Product itself seemed nice, this is just a caution to anyone buying online, Pig & Hen were not helpful when it came to returns.

Prices are very reasonable, and the level of service is unparalleled.
