Great service, owner was very willing to help even though the store was about to close

I've had clothing tailored here and have had some dry cleaning work done. Their location is convenient but the owner is impolite and charges a high price in comparison to other tailors close by.
Previously I've just dealt with his grumpy attitude due to the convenient location. However, recently I asked him to adjust a button that was broken due to an error from their end. He was very rude in his reply and quite frankly, that's not how you conduct business or treat your customers.
I will not be going to this operation again and I would not recommend it to others. Instead there is a spot, one block away, called 'De Kinker' where the owner is very friendly, provides better quality, and is less expensive.
