The first time I came here my neck, shoulders and back were completely stuck. No matter what I did, I didn't get the muscles loose in any way. After one visit to this physio it seemed as if ten kilos fell off my shoulders. I had much more freedom of movement again and my muscles felt supple again. To strengthen my back I was given a set of exercises that I could perform at home. I kept getting new exercises and after 6 weeks I had stronger muscles. Now, a year later, my muscles were tightened again due to a wrong posture and immediately after the first visit the muscles feel much looser again. That feels very nice, like a liberation. The Slot en Keerssemeeckers staff is professional and very friendly. They make you feel comfortable and know what they are doing. They give good explanations about what they do and how the muscles work, so that you have a better understanding of how to keep the muscles loose. I recommend this practice!
