Last week for an appointment and immediately made an appointment to replace a filling because I still had a small disposable amount left with my insurance. Called back today by someone who said that the amount was too low and that a personal contribution would have to be paid. Well, what do I have to pay extra, but she could not tell, she kept insisting that she could cancel the appointment and plan for next year. She did not find out exactly what it was going to cost on her list, saying that she should have asked what it was going to cost, then you would have known something. She came again that she could cancel the appointment, because she insisted on doing this and next year I will not have any more fillings replaced as a precaution. Very amateurish, not knowledgeable. Not the first time unfortunately at this practice.
