Stayed here 5 for nights last week. Spacious enough for 4 adults. Location was great, lots of trams/busses to the centre or a nice 30min stroll. The place was clean. Towels provided. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower then this place is ideal. Would stay again

Not recommendable! First we had to wait 4 hours longer than agreed. Then nothing looks like the picture. Neither curtains, nor any closets / chests of drawers. The beds are partly on the floor (only mattresses), sofa is no longer available, tap taped with adhesive tape. Everything terrible! I was here last year and very satisfied, but this time will be the last one!

Rip off, at the time of booking a total price is given, afterwards fees are charged on various payment options. No free cancellation possible although this one is entitled in such a case, very questionable how to act there.
