Worst place I have ever been. At the end of the night I wanted to pick up my jacket at the cloakroom by handing in my ticket which was given to me by the personnel. However, the personnel had somehow lost my jacket and told me they were not in any way responsible for losing it. I then received rough treatment by security and was escorted out. When I called the owner the next day he hung up on me after I tried to explain to him what had happened. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. I would not recommend anyone going to this place.
