My mother went to the Gall en Gall tonight (Friday evening March 20, 2020) and came back with an incredible feeling. My mother wanted to get a bottle of alcohol but was refused because the saleswoman thought she was the wife of a man who had previously tried to get something for his son. She tried to explain that this was absolutely not the case and that it is strange that this saleswoman is so suspicious. However, she still refused incredibly unfriendly, after which my mother left. Normally we are helped well with the Gall & Gall, but after this strange visit we get our drinks somewhere else. Certainly as the owner to speak to the saleswoman about this, because that is how you lose customers.
