I was quickly addressed. The lady on the phone was friendly. She clearly explained to me what the acquired right was about. She even offered to stay on the phone until I logged into their website and could see for myself. Really great!

What an extremely frigid organization. Back office of a sad low level. Telephone exchange is not working correctly, waiting time is extremely long. Unacceptable as a whole.
