Ordered shoes and neatly packed at home within a few days. Size is right, they are very comfortable and a pleasant surprise was that spare laces were also included in the box! The best part is that this company also takes the trouble to include a handwritten "thank you for your order and have fun with your shoes" message in the box. That's a fantastic gesture and really gives me as a consumer the feeling that they appreciate their customers too. Well done!
