I buy quite a lot and then you get sample small tube cream for face. The next time I bought something again, such a small tube, so I can add some more fun sample to it all year round. A little more variety for the customers, which is also nice

JUST BAD Despite money at the counter, you cannot pay. This is legal tender. But don't get accepted. Bad we needed customers anyway ???? Now that we are healed. There are more shops. Unfortunately JUST BAD ...

The day before Christmas, half past nine opening time I arrive in the rain, there are already more than 10 people waiting in the rain. The shop opens a little too late, but as soon as we get in, everyone rushes in one direction. Fortunately I have already taken a list with what I want to buy, since as a man you immediately lose the overview in this store. I am referred by a lady to another lady who apparently helps customers and walk to her in this bustle and get help quickly, only the answer to my question about how a gift box is, my colleague at the checkout can do everything arrange for you. It must be so, but I am sent from lady to lady and every time I have to wait and see how it goes again. Luckily I am helped quickly in the long line and my products are in a corner. I ask again about the packaging and gift box or box that I received so nicely last time ... unfortunately at Christmas people apparently have no gift boxes and thanks to an experienced lady in addition to my new lady, I am happy to receive a large, long gift bag. My thing in this is that, despite all the hustle and bustle, I am not acting unkindly, but that what one promises cannot fulfill the other and you also get no explanation why not. For me, Rituals is synonymous with the gift box and I will have the latter wrong.

Young girls with high-pitched voices. They couldn't explain to me the difference between different masks. Then she said my gift card had expired. Reactivation cost money, she did not know how much and could not arrange this for me. When asked who could do that, I got no answer and she repeated for the 3rd time the amount that I was still allowed to pay. At home it turned out that the cards cannot expire and that the entire amount was still on it. Unfortunately, for the umpteenth time not well served at this branch.
