we had delicious dishes here; the three-course menu also looked delicious, with a lot of thought put into its combination. the quality of the food (especially the meat) was better than in most other places on the island and on par with the other few higher-end choices (in west-terschelling, like de zee or caracol). the food is pricey, for very similar dishes like we had at 'loods' in west-terschelling the price was about 3 euros more; so for that one star off. considered that everything has to be shipped to the island the price is actually ok. unlike mentioned in another rating the sides are included in the price.

Once, was very good at the time, quality sauce, sea bass, etc. We had to wait a while because of the crowds with the hotel guests. We ordered a lot, so we quickly came to 100 euros with 2 people;) 4 drinks, 2 sea bass, 2 desserts. They were also very good at serving, civilized and treated my allergy list superbly. Compliment.

Poor service and very expensive. You also get no value for money. Paying extra for side dishes such as vegetables and Flemish fries (only choice) is no longer of this time. Not worth it, if you want good food, any other restaurant on Terschelling would be a better choice.
