Nice shop, friendly service, high-priced segment with quality items. After wearing a wool cardigan once, I already had a hole in it. Bad service, or actually none, if I just want to send it back for review, at my own expense. So incur even more costs. Service is free postage, offering a replacement item or a discount. But no, it remains silent on the mail. It is not up to the manufacturer, they stand behind their products, but then the selling party must take action. Service at HEMA or C&A is better!

As a loyal Terschelling visitor, we bought very nice boots here in this shop 5 years ago, a bit too expensive for our wallet, but we could take a very long time with them. I pampered my boots and they go to Terschelling every year. However, after 5 years the first day of our holiday suddenly there was a boot leak. Return to this store for consultation. Sent to the factory and after two weeks the call: I was able to pick out new boots. Incredible, I am very happy walking around the island like a peacock! Thanks people!
