Beautiful place, really friendly staff!

Fell in love with the venue for our anniversary. Location is very nice both outside and inside. The costs are therefore a bit higher, but we did not mind that at first. Why we were not so happy in the end was because we left before our guests to take pictures. While we had left, our guests were approved to stay longer. They ended up staying 45 minutes longer. We did not know this and therefore when our final bill came to 200 euros higher we were surprised. We just paid the costs, but the communication about this could certainly have been better. Especially in times like corona, we were really concerned with keeping our budget. In an email after payment indicated that it was not proper to ask our guests (master of ceremonies is also a guest) approval as we pay the bill and are not there. Our guests also did not know about the extra costs, so it was not clearly indicated. After this confrontation we did get a kind of irritated email back from the target ... because extra service is extra costs ... We understand that, but that's not what we criticize of course. Too bad because it was only a bit of criticism on a good day. Because of this interaction, I also decided to write this review.
