DO NOT GO WITH THIS BUSINESS IN THE SEA. Rarely experienced such a madness and customer-friendliness: Some time ago Khenech took over the outer wall of my VvE. One of the activities that they allegedly performed, which was also on the invoice and for which payment was made, is the impregnation of the outside wall. During the heavy rainfall in recent weeks, it turned out that the impregnation did not happen at all. The bricks absorbed rainwater like a sponge. A second opinion from a reputable façade renovation company shows that the bricks have not been impregnated at all. Because it was covered by the warranty, Mr. Khenech came to see. In his sweatpants he casually told that a month later he had a hole in his crowded agenda. A month later, a day before the appointment, I phoned Khenech to ask how things were going with the appointment and whether it was still like that. Arrogantly and aggressively, Khenech said that it was still standing. Day of the appointment: when Khenech was not yet on location after an hour after the agreed time, I decided to call him. He should have arranged the scaffolding that morning and without apologizing he reacted again arrogantly and aggressively. He even hung up the phone during the conversation. The job was finally done in a very unprofessional way. With a plant sprayer they sprayed a good thing from jerry cans without a label. This was done in an hour and a half (which of course is impossible for an outside wall of about 100 to 150 m2). The job will have to be done again by a REAL professional. Again: NEVER GO WITH KHENECH IN THE SEA.

Our VVE is very satisfied with the renovation of our facade by Khenech Amsterdam in 2013. Due to their experience with large cracks, among other things, their quotation was much lower than other companies. After 5 years, the facade still looks like new. a very large (more than 200 m2) facade of a monumental canal house had to be plastered again. Khenech came up with a very competitive quote and I checked some references that were positive. When I contacted again after 5 months, they were able to do the job for me for the same amount in the very short term. Good work delivered, everything within the cost estimate. A minor drawback was that the work took longer. that was a pity, but the result is beautiful. They were also very flexible in carrying out extra work without extra costs !!
