I did a tour and went to the shop to buy some cheese afterwards. Tour is taking around 1,5-2 hours depending how much the owners like to tell you :) It begins with a cup of coffee or tea, what you like. The lady owners starts to talk about the history of the place, how they milk the cows and process the milk into cheese, all done with raw milk on a biological and ecological way. Interesting to hear. Second part is a walk around the farm and some info from the farmer owner. This part is less interesting but nevertheless included.
Afterwards you can buy you cheese in the shop. Well, this cheese is very very tastefully compared to the cheese you find in the supermarket! If you don't join the tour buy at least the cheese. These old owners are doing a very good job!
