Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the gallery this afternoon. Randolph proved to be an excellent host. Thank you for the reception, the explanation and the tips.

Nicely decorated smaller exhibition space. Having been there on a Thursday, I turned out to be the only guest and that resulted in a nice conversation with Gabrielle Westra (co-owner and exhibiting artist) in which ample time was taken. And I may say learned a lot about the exhibitors; especially about Marein Konijn, whose works struck me mainly because of her way of looking. Gabrielle herself made me more clear about her layered oil painting techniques, which gave her work just that little bit more meaning for me. In short, a very successful afternoon for me despite the sold painting.
