Needed a photo for CV - photo service is shockingly bad, photos taken in a hurry and with the photographer not really willing to discuss anything after photos are taken in a rush. Was charged for number of shots rather than real photo - avoid that place.

Foto-Groep Heerenveen offered a virtually new lens on Marktplaats. If the lens was as good as new idd, the asking price seemed realistic to me (250 euros compared to 400-500 new). I asked twice more via the MP mail if the lens was really as good as new. It was confirmed that the lens still looked neat. Shipping costs were for me and I also indicated that I did not want to spend 16 euros (7 + 9) in the end, if the lens did not meet the specified quality. Lens was shipped quickly after I transferred the money and arrived neatly packaged. Upon receipt, the lens turned out to be far from so-called and had clearly been used intensively. The AF crunched with sand, there was sand in the edge of the extending part. The lens was dusty and there were even two green oxide spots near the connection to the body. There was also a dirty smear on the lens on the connection side and the lens hood was torn. I confess I was very angry. In an email I informed Foto-group of my disappointment. They responded that they didn't like the tone and that I could therefore only get a voucher. And as for the state, I knew he was second hand, there is always something with that ... When I pointed out that I was entitled to return the lens for 14 days, I could return the lens, but I did not receive any compensation for the shipping costs. In the end I agreed to get rid of it. Only after 14 days after receipt of the return and because I informed them of this via an email, did I receive my money back. 16 euros lighter and a lot of frustrations richer! Fortunately, I found the same lens on MP through a private person who was so-called and cost the same!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people, I like my Canon R6 fine, the only drawback is perhaps that it is more difficult to focus under low contrast than, for example, the Canon MKIV. This is because a system camera has no cross AF points. Furthermore, it is a great camera, especially the fact that you can immediately see in the viewfinder what you need to adjust to get a good result.

Bought the Sony rx10 M with, in addition to the cashback from Sony, an extra 200, - cashback discount. Beautiful camera that seems to be able to do everything. The trip from Groningen was more than worth it.

Recently bought the Nikon Z6 camera, very expertly helped, time is taken for you. Not pushy. I have now also bought the Tamron 150-600 telephoto lens there, which also helped very well. Bought some small things in the meantime. this will be a permanent address for me for the future to purchase photography articles. Keep it up Heerenveen !! highly recommended
