I’ve been to better food halls before. Some shops are closed due to COVID. Food is good.

Food Hallen is a great place to go to with friends, as all the different little restaurants offer a wide variety of delicious and affordable food, which can all be easily ordered with an app and quickly brought to your table! Really enjoyed the Dutch spinach gouda cheeseballs, Bretzel hot-dogs, Mediterranean wraps, sweet potato fries, Naan & Tempura shrimps. We came out really satisfied and with full bellies having spent 15€ per person.

Especially the pizza place in the Foodhallen is a must go! Super nice, authentic pizzas with a thin and crispy crust!!

We were having trouble deciding where to eat on a Friday night, especially without a reservation, and then I remembered De Foodhallen! What a fun place to go spend a Friday night. Since we were in town on holiday, it was just the two of us, but what a great place this would be to go with a big group of friends. We started out with some pizza and a drink and then moved upstairs to sit and look out over the foodhall and enjoyed some different cuisine. I loved that you could pretty much find anything you wanted there. We had a shared a few different items and everything was delicious. This is definitely a place I'd eat at all the time if I lived in Amsterdam.
