BEWARE OF CHARGES TO YOUR Credit card if you cancel Due to COVID. I submitted my request to cancel my reservations which was due to me not being permitted to travel when a Country is considered "Red". As soon as I was notified by my work on Aug 18 at 1346 hrs. I immediately contacted the hotel and requested a cancellation. I also went back and cancelled through Booking .com. They stated the cancellation had been successfully cancelled. I requested a refund on my credit card, so I would have the opportunity to make another reservation here in the near future when travel is permitted to stay at this hotel with the current charge being used toward my account. The hotel came recommended by a member I work with and thus that is why reservation were made at your facility. When we were told not to travel, we have no choice based on that direction. I have suggested several times to include this request go directly to the manager. I have not received any response! My suggestion to anyone rather in a period of COVID or not, save yourself a headache and don't bother staying here. They proved to me they are not interested in Customers Service!

Lovely hotel, convenient for public transport- with excellent hire bikes which we made good use of. The public pool that is joined on to the hotel had minimal availability, requiring direct booking more than three days in advance- but that's outside their control. Lovely terrace for drinks, but the a la carte dinner was a little expensive and lacking in choice. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Great hotel just on the outskirts of Amsterdam. My room was large, very nice and well kept. The buffet breakfast was really nice and had a great selection of foods to choose from. Getting to the main attractions of Amsterdam was very easy as there is a bus stop just outside the hotel, travel passes can be bought from the reception. All in all I enjoyed my stay and I would consider staying here again if I visited Amsterdam again.
