Not a good experience with lippewonen Heerenveen. When choosing a vinyl floor in the store, I still have doubts and decide to think about it for a while. The saleswoman asks why I do not buy immediately, I find quite pushy. I indicate that I will call back that same day. At home I see on fb that they have a discount, this has not been reported. When I call and indicate that I want to purchase the vinyl floor, I ask for confirmation by e-mail of the agreement and the agreements made (for free measuring and installation) and I indicate that I would like a discount. So I have to go to the store for that. The next day I have a look at the color in the store and report which one it will be final. And so ask again about the discount promotion. You are lucky, says the saleswoman, it is the last day ... Again I ask for a quote and confirmation of the agreements made. Finally, on the day of the survey itself, I call lippe wonen. Apparently I am getting another branch on the line so there is some confusion. They appear to have already been. Made a new appointment for the measurement. The 2 men who come to measure have 1 tape measure of only 8 meters that is torn. So a bit of trick. They indicate that I will receive a quote by email (finally some writing). Later that day the saleswoman calls. This will be the amount and whether I want to agree. I ask some questions and indicate that I would really like a quote. That is difficult because it has to be done via the head office (so well arranged). But Monday will be fine. Called again on Tuesday for the quote. Another branch on the line. Now it appears that the floor will not be laid on the agreed Wednesday, but Thursday. So I can't go on Thursday, but I have already cleared out half of the living room. Finally I get the quote by email. To my surprise I pay costs for the tape (36 euros) and material costs (25 euros). This has not been reported in advance. Please give those men a good measuring tape longer than 8mt (they also have digital VAT nowadays). The price per linear meter is incorrect. After some calls back and forth (whereby this employee does his best) we finally arrive at a new laying date. The price will eventually be adjusted after insistence (the price on the samples is not correct). I do not receive a promotional discount on the price adjustment part. New quotation will follow. A number of days later indicated by email that I would like a new quotation as agreed. It will come the next day. The floor is laid very neatly, real craftsmen. At checkout, the price on the bill turns out to be incorrect. The promotional discount is on it but has not been calculated. Yet it is typical that quotation and invoice do not match. I get the feeling of being ripped off. After a phone call, the price may be adjusted. A very special management and poor administration, so for me never no longer a lip-dwelling.
