They are wonderfully difficult about everything, nothing is covered by warranty. This is the third time that something breaks from what I bought and they can do nothing or at absurd prices (double the purchase price). They don't even pretend to bother, terrible! I went to the first best jeweler with my bracelet and he had made it within 10 minutes. So no more Lucardi for me.
Bought 3 rings, 2 of which were broken after 2 days !!!!

Bad quality. Beautiful silver tree of life bracelet received from my husband. After 2 months I lost it because it broke somewhere on the way. Kennis had bought a ring with "diamonds" for 500 euros, after 1 week diamonds were already missing.
Very unfriendly staff (old witches), do not think in solutions, just shrug, very indifferent !! Expensive rings ordered online. With one ring, the stones already fell out after 2 weeks. Warranty only applies with return form, apparently an invoice does not apply to the warranty. If a ring fits, you throw out the return form, logical right? You do not get a warranty for poor quality, even if you have an order confirmation and an invoice as proof of purchase. I will never come here again!
Anklet broke within 1 day, got a new one. And within one day it was already lost, now lost! Bad quality! Don't come here again.
