Super service!

After a number of examinations in the hospital for my knee, I was referred for my rehabilitation to Tigra Physiotherapy Heerenveen. I was treated by Gerard Broekema. My Experience is really great! I received appropriate and specialist guidance and I felt immediately understood by the therapist with regard to my complaints. After some good treatment and solid advice, I did not expect to be back up and running so quickly in terms of load. Complaints that previously limited me for a long time have improved greatly after a few treatment sessions and as long as I follow the advice, things are getting better every week. I am also challenged every treatment at the level where we left off last time. In addition, I was given exercises to do at home and this helps enormously to quickly return to the desired level. Compared to other care providers, I think they provide care very well and beyond expectations. My expectation is that I will rehabilitate until my knee is stable and I can exercise completely pain free again.

At Tigra, no standard practice package is fired at you, but we really look carefully at what is the best way of taxing you personally. Especially the addition of the Redcord exercises have great added value for me. The contact with my practitioner is pleasant. Each exercise is discussed and evaluated. I am very happy that I was referred to Tigra!
