After a rough start, our problem was finally solved satisfactorily.

I ordered a Lazy Spa Bali from Praxis. ALPC the supplier. I did not receive an order confirmation at all, but afterpay's payment overview. Praxis should actually send the invoice to me as a customer and ALPC should deliver with a track and trace. But watch out! ALPC refuses to help you as a customer or to provide information if you do not receive anything. They send you into the forest. They supposedly do not know your address details and can only search on an order number that Praxis gives them. If you provide information (invoice number praxis, order number afterpay) they refuse to check whether they have your order on order to be delivered. Phone number Praxis get your tape we are currently closed apologies for the inconvenience. If you come through you will end up in waiting mode. After 45 minutes I have not yet hung an employee on the line. If you call a Praxis such as in Nieuwegein that controls the online orders, they will check your invoice number that has disappeared without a trace and is unknown to them. Call your Afterpay they say we can only cancel your order if Praxis indicates this. Please be kind enough to pay on time. When I research the ALPC website myself, the Lazy Spa I ordered is suddenly out of stock. In other words so I don't know if I will get my Lazy Spa? And when then? All I know is that there is now an open account that I cannot cancel due to default. In addition, a warning for a fake review here. Nynke de Jong works at the service desk of ALPC. Update April 18, 2020 Praxis now states that ALPC cannot deliver at all. Order is canceled!

Bought a gre pool about 22 years ago And it looks beautiful every year in summer. The same liner and the same pump included. So you see the opinions are divided but I can't help but give 5 stars.

What a worthless experience with this company. A pump ordered via the Praxis and then the order is canceled by ALPC after one month. In the meantime had regular contact via the Praxis about the order. (They help you nicely) You don't hear anything from ALPC. Let you burst completely. Never been treated so badly by a company. If you cannot deliver on something, let us hear from you in time. Allowing someone to wait a month for nothing, you can solve it better than just canceling the order from your side. Unfortunately you cannot give less than 1 star.

Placed an order via the Praxis with the mention 'delivered within 2 working days'. Nothing is less true. Still received nothing after more than a week because: 1. Only shipped after 5 working days; 2. Transmission is used and they do not deliver on weekends; 3. Transmission uses Wisman's Expedition and only deliver to the indicated address. So not at the neighbors or possibly other specified address. Difficult if you both work. Option is to pick it up in Dordrecht. I will not pick up a package from Capelle a / d IJssel in Dordrecht. My conclusion: I will never order anything here again. Cheap is expensive. Not worrying but burdensome.
