We have been advised in a very nice way. Hellaas it was not possible to get the 25 € unlimittet abbo despite at home we also have kpn and that the advertisement was on TV!

Because of the Corona, of course, the necessary measures here. It is a pity that only 1 employee was present. When asked if there were no more employees because there were more than 5 people outside, I was told that the employees were for coffee ... I wish everyone coffee but make sure there are 2 people present who can help customers. Fortunately it was dry.

Very bad employee who is totally uninterested in customers. This gentleman would fit better in construction, which he does not have to be a business card for the company

Because of corona they have a counter where you can talk to an employee and possibly buy something. No service at all, no help with transferring the phone and your data is displayed on a screen that everyone waiting can read. Why privacy!
